Description

I can personally speak to the luxurious and complementing qualities of this tea. Any ordinary Ceylon tea won’t do. Its distinctive flavour comes from a combination of high-quality tea leaves and unusual velvetiness of vanilla beans. If you want to treat yourself to a high-end cup of tea, this is the one to get. The wonderful flavour of this tea has caused it to be widely consumed on a regular basis, despite its intended use being limited to special occasions. It is often believed that vanilla’s ‘magical’ properties may reduce stress and increase feelings of happiness. Its flavour, in a word, is bizarre.

Remember that Vanilla was and is a very valuable commodity. This causes its high price, and in the region of Eastern Africa where the finest vanilla is grown, it is not unusual for there to be a slight rustle. The “Cadillac” of flavoured teas, this one combines the exotic character of vanilla with a silky cream taste.
