Quantity
Use 2gr of tea per 150ml of water.
Temperature
For the optimum infusion use 85°C <185°F> water.
If you like milk, use water at 100°C <212°F>
Brew Time
Infuse for 1 – 3 minutes, tasting regularly.

This one-of-a-kind tea blend was influenced by the subtleties of Canada’s water sources. The tea has to “shine” in any water for it to be considered “the toast of Canada.” More than 35 unique teas were produced after using water samples collected from different regions of the country. This meant that the best possible blend could be made, one that would blend the finest teas together in perfect harmony. The final tea, after a few more adjustments, was superb, without a doubt the best in Canada, if not all North America or the world. The Assam 2nd flush is malty in flavour and full-bodied in texture. One chunk, from Kenya, has a cup with floral notes and a coppery infusion, while another, from South India, is incredibly fruity, energetic in flavour, and has a pleasant finish.
