You’ll appreciate the value of questions like “Who has “Have you tasted the rainbow?” if you’re familiar with the poem “Who Has Seen the Wind?” by British poet Christina Georgina Rossetti.
Who has seen the wind? Rosetti’s poetry poses this question.
I don’t blame you and neither do I
A shaking in the leaves, however, indicates the presence of wind.
To paraphrase the poem’s inspiration: “While the protagonist in Roestti’s poem plainly responds to the world via touch and sound, we tea-folk relate to the world largely through our taste buds.”
Our group generated a wide range of possible explanations. The last and most important one was: It has a flavour that is somewhere between a fruit salad and amaretto, with a hint of the mellow, herbaceous flavour of Cederberg Rooibos. Do you realize how something so basic can have such a significant effect? Visual thinkers will agree that scarlet thistle, cornflowers, and calendula round out a rainbow’s palette well. Today, eat the rainbow. Rainbows, by the way, don’t contain any caffeine either.
