Perhaps Charlie Brown’s best friend Lucy Van Pelt from the classic comic strip Peanuts expressed it best, “All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt.“
Although, every now and again, a piece of chocolate isn’t likely to harm you.” Everyone, including me, could probably get by without chocolate, but why would they? Lucy’s comment seems to imply that eating chocolate in whatever form—bite, nip, sip, gnaw, or chew—produces a great feeling of oneness with the cosmos. Throughout history, there have been countless chocolate varieties and manufacturing techniques as a direct result of our unquenchable craving for the stuff.
Innovated uses for the old favourite. The chocolate orange is one of the most intriguing varieties. This delicious confection was initially developed in England, and it is made by mixing the essential oil of fresh oranges with pure, creamy chocolate. The end result is a flavour that’s out of this world, full of chocolaty richness and subtle hints of orange. Well, we thought we’d help pioneer new means of chocolate consumption by infusing our premium Ceylon tea with this tantalizing flavour profile. It’s common knowledge that just inhaling this tea’s scent will make you feel more whole, tranquil, and at peace. I have the feeling that everything is OK. Treat yourself with a nice cup of tea today.
