Whenever I get a glimpse of cinnamon and cloves, I am immediately taken to the wintry evenings at the Christmas market in Europe. What a lovely morsel and a delicious little sip!
LUSCIOUS INGREDIENTS:
Black tea, Candy*, Cinnamon, Clove, Jasmine petals, Natural flavors (organic compliant) (*Candy: Sugar, Rice flour, Vegetable oil, Corn starch, Arabic Cellulose gum, Color R, Confectioner glaze, Carrageenan, Soy lecithin, Red#40, Yellow#5, #6, Blue#1 dye)
INGREDIENTS FROM: Sri Lanka / Canada / India / China.
CAFFEINE LEVEL: Medium.
INFUSION: Bright and coppery.

Filtered or freshly drawn water should be brought to a rolling boil (100ºC/212F). One somewhat heaping teaspoon of loose tea should be added for every 7-9 ounces (200-260 ml) of liquid in the teapot. Put the boiling water in the teapot. Steep, covered, for 4-5 minutes, or longer if desired (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
